Whether you’re a fan of Parks and Recreation or Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, or just an avid appreciator of pop culture in general, you’re no doubt familiar with Ron Swanson’s interpretation of a turkey burger. For the uninitiated, it’s simply a fried turkey leg inside a grilled hamburger. Though it wasn’t the burger that eventually bested Chris Traeger’s gourmet turkey burger, it certainly made an impression.

The ante was upped when Nick Offerman appeared as a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and was presented with (and sampled) the gargantuan turkey burger meatfest.
